Isle of Man - TT Mountain Course

© Sidenet 2002
Situated on the picturesque Isle of Man, this truly awesome and very demanding public roads circuit represents the ultimate challenge for both men and machine.

The course follows the main A1 road from Douglas to Peel, turning off at Ballacraine to join the A3 towards Ramsey.  At Parliament Square in Ramsey the course follows the legendary mountain road, climbing to the highest point of the course at Brandywell ( 2040 feet ) before dropping back down to Douglas.

An excellent holiday destination, the island can be reached by Ferry from either Heysham or Liverpool Docks on the mainland, and also from Belfast or Dublin in Ireland.

There are also regular flights to Ronaldsway Airport from Birmingham, Cardiff, Dublin, Glasgow, Jersey, Leeds, Liverpool, London Heathrow, Luton, Manchester and Southampton.
